our story
We built this because we kept losing the good ones.
Every team we've been on has the same graveyard: a Slack channel called #ideas, a Notion page called "parking lot", a whiteboard covered in dry-erase fossils. Most of what lives there is genuinely good. Almost none of it gets revisited.
What we wanted
A notebook where the friction of logging an idea is basically zero, but the friction of forgetting it is high. Where the team decides what's worth pursuing without turning it into a spreadsheet exercise. And where AI acts as a skeptical friend — one that actually knows what your product does.
What Brain Farts & Big Ideas does differently
Ideas get one page each. Voting is playful, not political. A "10x Hall" promotes the ones that survived the team's scrutiny. And every analysis leans on a living product brief you write once and update as you learn — so the AI stops giving you generic startup advice.
Who we are
A small team of makers who couldn't find the tool we wanted, so we built it. We use it every day for our own ideas. If you try it and something feels wrong, we'll probably fix it faster than you expect.
